This site collects only the data strictly necessary for the purposes described, with the corresponding legal basis under LGPD:

• Data submitted through the contact form (name, e-mail, optional company, subject, message): responding to the request. Legal basis: consent (Art. 7, I). Submission opens your default e-mail client via mailto link, with no intermediary server.
• Information stored locally in your browser (localStorage), strictly functional, never sent to any server. Details in the "Cookies and local storage" section.

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data collected is used exclusively to:

• Respond to messages and requests submitted through the site.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use its own cookies or any analytics, advertising, or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics). For that reason, we do not show a cookie banner. The only storage is local, in your browser, and strictly functional:

• Intro animation (key tn:loader-seen): records that you have seen the intro animation so it is not repeated on every reload within the same tab. It does not identify you and never leaves your device.

You can delete this data at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.

Typefaces are loaded via Google Fonts (Google's public CDN), which sends your IP address to Google when the page loads, but installs no cookies.

5. Data sharing

Data may be shared, in a limited way, with:

• Google Fonts, which delivers the site's typefaces via public CDN (receives your IP when the page loads).
• WhatsApp, when you choose to click the contact button and are taken to the official app.
• Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

6. Your rights as a data subject

Under LGPD, you are entitled to:

• Confirmation of the existence of processing of your data.
• Access to the data we hold about you.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data.
